Niamh gained her BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy Degree from St. George’s University of London. Since then, she has gained over 8 years of experience in the public and private sectors, both in the UK and Ireland.
She has also completed the Pilates Instructors Matt Levels 1 and 2 courses and incorporates this approach in her management of spinal musculoskeletal disorders. She gained certification in trigger point dry needling, dynamic taping and the prescription of orthotic devices.
Niamh has completed pitch-side sports injury intervention and first aid courses and has worked with sports teams at both club and national level. Niamh was the Team Physiotherapist for the Cork Minor football (GAA) and UCC Seniors and U21s Rugby clubs.
She has a keen interest in adventure races, running, horse riding and basketball.
