EXERCISES
Your exercise programme is carefully designed specifically for you and your injury. Exercises are never randomly prescribed – they are selected based on your assessment findings, goals, and stage of recovery.
Your programme may include exercises to:
- Stretch tight or restricted muscles
- Improve joint range of movement
- Enhance balance and joint stability (proprioception)
- Improve posture and movement patterns
- Develop pelvic and core stability
- Support pre- and post-natal care
- Build general and sport-specific strength and conditioning
Exercise and the correction of movement patterns are key components in preventing recurrence of injury. By addressing underlying weaknesses, imbalances, and faulty movement habits, rehabilitation becomes more effective and sustainable.
The ultimate aim of your exercise programme is not only to relieve symptoms, but to restore function and help you return safely to the level of activity required to meet your personal, work, or sporting goals.
